In collaboration with our civil engineering and survey partners, we develop, submit, and process all documentation necessary to permit your lot split.
Brokerage / Sales / Marketing
Once your new lot is created, you are free to hold the lot, sell the lot, or develop the lot in any way you choose! There is zero obligation to sell your new lot through us, but if you need assistance with sales and brokerage, we can provide these services
